WHAT’S INSIDE TRAIN LIKE A WARRIOR

Is a 16 week training program designed for all fitness levels to develop an intelligent, strong and functionally fit & healthy body! The training guide is a total body wellness guide, covering every thing mind, body & health. You will learn about the importance of a healthy and strong mind set and tools to influence positive choices. Whilst learning the importance of body care and maintenance, intuition & body awareness will be developed making for smart personal and confident training decisions. The training program has been divided up into 4 parts, alternating between conditioning and strength incorporating designated recovery days. All your workouts will come with a full description and picture demonstrations along with workout options according to your fitness level. The depth and variety of training styles throughout the 16 weeks is designed to not only challenge, but also make for a fun and exciting journey. This 16 weeks is going to be wild! I am going to help you fall in love with fitness and a whole new way of moving.

WHAT’S INSIDE EAT LIKE A WARRIOR

Eat like a warrior blast fat is an 8-week healthy food guide designed for busy women that want to blast excess fat & achieve their ultimate happy & lean body shape. The guide is broken down into 3 phases, starting with 3 days of all protein to kick start fat burning, followed by 8-weeks of healthy food recipes. Through out the guide you will learn about sugar and all its forms. Knowing how to detect sugar and eradicate it from your diet is key to a healthy, lean lifestyle. Eat like a warrior  will help you better understand what and when you should be eating and equip you with the strategies & motivational tools to influence these right food choices. I want to challenge your thinking over the next 8-weeks and help to further educate, promoting a healthy mindset & relationship with food. Understanding that food is a fuel rather than a pleasure will be your success.
